Iron & Steel Casting
Iron and Steel Sand Castings for Industrial Machinery and Equipment
Our foundry in Vietnam produces grey iron, ductile iron and cast steel parts by sand casting — machinery components, industrial equipment parts and replacement components. Material selection, casting feasibility and downstream machining are reviewed against your drawings and specifications.

Casting & Machining Examples
A selection of parts produced from casting through machining and finishing.

Casting Process and Materials
Pattern making, moulding, melting and pouring, heat treatment, machining and inspection are all carried out at one plant. If you are looking for a casting supplier in Vietnam, send us your drawings to start.
Sand casting
Iron and steel castings are produced by sand casting. Gating and moulding methods are planned for each part’s geometry, size and volume.
Patterns & tooling
Casting patterns (including foam patterns) and tooling are made in our own pattern shop.
Melting & pouring
Steel melting furnaces (0.5–2 t, five units) and ten ladles for melting and pouring.
Heat treatment & machining
Heat treatment such as quenching where required, followed by CNC machining and finishing.
Typical Materials
- Grey iron (gray cast iron)
- Ductile iron (SG / nodular iron)
- Carbon steel castings
- Low-alloy steel castings
- Wear-resistant iron and steel
Other grades to JIS, ASTM or EN standards on request. Feasibility, size and weight depend on part geometry and material.

Frequently Asked Questions
What castings does your Vietnam foundry make?
Iron and steel sand castings: machinery parts, industrial equipment parts, replacement parts and wear parts, made to customer drawings and specifications. We also offer aluminium and zinc die casting.
Which cast iron and steel grades can you pour?
Typical materials are grey iron, ductile iron, carbon steel and low-alloy steel castings, plus wear-resistant grades. Please send your required grade and standard (JIS, ASTM, EN) for review.
What do you need for a casting quote?
Drawings or 3D data, material grade and applicable standard, annual volume, inspection requirements and target delivery date.
How is casting quality checked?
Chemical composition by optical emission spectrometer, hardness and tensile tests, and dimensional inspection on a CMM. Inspection documents are submitted with each delivery.
